1. Avoid using of hot water:- The use of hot water will strip away the natural oil from the skin and do not use the harsh soap on the skin. Instead one can use the luke  warm water when cleansing the face and also opt for the moisturizer cleanser with ingredients like coconut oil, Shae butter or almond oil  to help to retain the moisturizer.


2. Exfoliating the skin:-  Exfoliating the skin is the key for a good glowing skin. When dead cells build up on the outer layers of the skin, it can cause the skin to become dull and flakey. The regular exfoliation can prevent the skin to become patchy .


3. The use of Yogurt on the skin:- Yogurt is one of the best ingredients to make the skin glow. It works wonders on the skin and can reduce the age spot. Lactic acid present on the yogurt act as an exfoliating agent to slough off dead skin cells that cause the skin to become patchy and blotchy. One need to apply a thick layer of the yogurt  and allow it to stay for 20-20m min and then wash off.


4. The use of coconut oil on the skin:- The fatty acis that is present in the coconut oil make it a great conditioner for dry looking skin. It acts as an anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties  which helps to reduce the inflammation and redness on the skin.


5. The use of Banana on the skin:- You can use a banana mask on the skin to moisturize the skin and leaves it looking  and feeling softer. Gently mash  the medium riped sized banana and make a smooth paste .After applying it leave it for 10-20 min and wash it with cold water.
